Modelling Organizational Commitment, Employee Motivation, Employee Participation and Employee Performance: A Conceptual Model

The UAE banking sector is experiencing a decline in profitability and performance. If the trend not curtailed, it could aggravate unemployment, loss of market, declined growth entrepreneurship recessed economy. Despite many factors contributing to superior organizational performance, employee performance has been deemed as most crucial. Therefore, this paper proposes conceptual model that theorizes direct effect commitment on motivation mediating role motivation, well moderating participation. Using an extensive literature survey, presents logic-based empirically based discussion commitment, participation are significant drivers extends knowledge base offers some insights for stakeholders, managers sectors, policymakers what be positive enhanced Future studies validate context provide solid evidence how enhance banks.
